This October, we’re turning up the heat with our 30-Day Guns, Buns & Abs Challenge — designed to strengthen, tone, and transform your upper body, core, and lower body in just one month! Whether you’re looking to build muscle, tighten your midsection, or lift and shape your glutes, this challenge gives you the structure and accountability you need to stay consistent.

Each day combines targeted exercises for your arms, abs, and glutes with progressive intensity, so you’ll see real results by the end of the month. All fitness levels are welcome — modifications and advanced variations are included.
